In the diocese of Imola the celebration of the anniversary of Saint Joseph the Worker will be celebrated in the parish church of San Lorenzo in Selva, a hamlet of Lugo. The Lugo coordination of the diocesan office for the pastoral care of work has decided to “force” the rigid territorial boundaries and propose a method of twinning, through the local Acli clubs and with the consent of the respective vicariates, which provides for a joint celebration, precisely , scheduled for 10am on May 1st in the church of San Lorenzo, in via dei Bartolotti 9.
The holy mass will be celebrated by the parish priest, Don Angelo Vistoli, and at the end Carlo Garavini, coordinator for the province of Ravenna of the celebration of the Libera association, founded by Don Luigi Ciotti, will briefly entertain those present on the theme “The assets confiscated from the mafias, opportunity for social redemption and professional and qualified work”.
The celebration will conclude with the blessing of agricultural machinery and motorbikes and an aperitif offered by the Acli Clubs of Lugo and San Lorenzo.
