In Forlimpopoli the Workers’ Day is celebrated in Piazza Garibaldi. At 9.30 the day will open with institutional greetings and speeches from the confederal trade unions CGIL, CISL and UIL. Then the square will come alive with the presence of agricultural machinery and the exhibition of old crafts, Irish folk music and food stands offering piadina, donut and wine. The information stands of the Anpi Forlimpopoli, Libera Forlì-Cesena, Barancio Passioni in Movimento and Anmil will also be present. The organizers are CGIL, CISL and UIL and the cultural association Barancio in collaboration with Libera, and the Anpi.
In Bertinoro the appointment is at 10am at the Monument of the 5 Bertinoro Martyrs, where a commemorative wreath will be laid for the 79th anniversary of the Liberation and the 80th anniversary of the massacre of the 5 martyrs. Institutional interventions follow. The ‘Città di Bertinoro – Power Marching Band’ will also be present.
