On the occasion of the 73rd dies natalis of the Venerable Don Ambrogio Grittani, the Oblate Sisters of S. Benedetto Labre, at the Opera Don Grittanipromote two moments of prayer and knowledge of this priest who made charity his lifestyle.
On Sunday 28 April at 7pm, at the Regional Seminary, a prayer vigil will be held animated by the seminarians who have served at the Work.
On Tuesday 30 April, at 10 am, the students of the S. Maria Goretti nursery school will visit the Memorial, in the rooms where the Venerable lived.
In the afternoon, at 5pm, Don Vito Marino will preside over the Eucharistic celebration in the Church of the Opera and it will be possible to access the exhibition of the personal objects used by Don Ambrogio Grittani.
The whole community is invited to take part in these moments, to get to know or learn more about this figure of local holiness, who did so much good during his life, moved by an extraordinary passion for the human being in all his frailties.
