Some Sundays you just don’t forget. In Jerez de la Frontera where a sporting ordeal began four years ago, Marc Marquez returns to the podium, coming close to victory in the final laps. 20 points which catapult number 93 into sixth position, 32 points behind Martin.
Great performance also for Alex Marquez, fourth after a great battle with Binder. Protagonist weekend for the 73 which was also close to the podium yesterday

“I was way too cautious at the start in the first 5 laps. Yesterday’s crash had an impact and I wanted to get to the finish line. But then I saw the chance to win and I tried. Pecco defended himself strongly but these are races and that’s fine. Now thinking about winning is no longer a pipe dream, let’s enjoy this return to the podium and speed.”
4th – ALEX MARQUEZ #73
“Very positive weekend and today we did very well despite a small problem with the front brake. Now we have an important test tomorrow and we remain focused”
