The council on the Valle and Cantamaggio landfill

The municipal administration announces that in today’s council meeting, Thursday 18 April, all the resolutions on the agenda were approved:

• Execution at DCC n. 55 of 8.4.2024. Supply of vehicles and work equipment for the execution of directly administered works. QTE modification;
• Approval of the memorandum of understanding between the Municipality of Terni and Arvedi-Acciai Speciali Terni for the Landfill Mining intervention of the MSW landfill of voc.Valle;
• Authorization to use the rankings identified through the expression of interest procedure for those suitable in the rankings of public competitions carried out by other bodies for the coverage of n. 20 positions of Supervisory Instructors (Instructors Area as per the current CCNL of the Local Functions Sector 2019-2022) on a full-time and permanent basis, as per the notice prot. n. 35193 of 02/28/2024 – Delegation to sign;
• Guidelines for the public negotiating delegation aimed at the CCDI 2023/2025 bargaining of non-managerial personnel in the sector;
• Fund for overtime work. Payment of hours carried out from December 2023. Address document;
• Approval of Program 128 Cantamaggio Ternano 2024 edition and guidelines;
• Expression of interest in the purchase of the real estate complex located in the Municipality of Terni, called Business Incubator, owned by Invitalia Spa. Act of direction and appointment of an internal working group for the subsequent administrative phases;
• Approval of cash advance, pursuant to art. 222 of the Legislative Decree of 18 August 2000, n. 267, for €. 21,064.83 for the implementation of the home care service for minors under the POR-FSE Umbria 2014-2020;
• Stipulation of the collaboration agreement for the care, regeneration and social and sporting animation of the Park Emanuela Loi of viale Trento through a public notice of expression of interest. Address document;

• Approval of the second edition of the public tender for the provision of economic contributions to encourage the purchase of pedal-assisted bicycles and pedal-assisted cargo bikes, in implementation of sheet no. 17 of the Program Agreement for the improvement of air quality in the Terni basin;
• NextGenerationEU – PNRR, Redevelopment of the former Chiesa del Carmine – Structural adaptation of the roof. Authorization of cash advance for the payment of the balance of invoices 1 SAL to the contractor and the works management;
• Reduction of hydrogeological risk in the R4 area – Rocky slopes of Cesi
• Announcement for the implementation of the annual program for football sports facilities 2024 IMP_SP_2024. Approval of technical-economic feasibility project in technical line – Extraordinary maintenance intervention aimed at modernizing and improving the safety standards of the grandstand and changing rooms of the municipal stadium Mario Cicioni – Campitello sports club;
• Announcement for the implementation of the annual program for football sports facilities 2024 IMP_SP_2024. Approval of technical – economic feasibility project in technical line – sports facility GRS Terni – Project for the functional recovery through renovation of the service building – changing rooms with adaptation and safety of the equipment (1 functional excerpt);
• Announcement for the implementation of the annual program for football sports facilities 2024 IMP_SP_2024. Approval of technical – economic feasibility project in the technical line – Project for the functional recovery of the sports facility Saint Ephebus– Extraordinary maintenance and adaptation of the service building – changing rooms;
