The national Presidency of the association network ANAS (National Association of Social Action) recalls the obligations established by law for the ODVs (voluntary organisations) that carry out social health assistance and civil protection activities on the national territory in agreement with the regions, provinces and the municipalities.
In this regard, the presidency urges the managers of the ODVs (voluntary organizations) and civil protection organizations operating in the area to comply with the obligations required by law and in particular by the third sector code, the so-called legislative decree 117/2017.
This obligation, I remind you, is that of approving the budget by April 30th and uploading it, within the following 60 days, to the single national register of the third sector. The president specifies that for those ODVs that deem it appropriate, this obligation can also be carried out by the secretariat of the association network, subject to delegation, which must be formally conferred by the president with an attached identity document.
Finally, we would like to remind you that all associations that have used personnel in any capacity e.g. co.co.co, co.co. pro. laps and occasional performances, etc. have the obligation to draw up the communication required by law.
Among the last, but not least, obligations, we would like to remind you that the associations that have received donations must have complied with the communication as prescribed in the ministry’s circular.
