A girl from Sezze (Latina) was transferred to the Santa Maria Goretti hospital in Latina after being hit by a gunshot which, according to an initial reconstruction, was not aimed at her. The episode occurred around one in the Ferro di Cavallo area, in the Pontine municipality, where a fight broke out: at the end, near a bar in the nearby area, one of the involved people allegedly pulled out a firearm and a shot was fired, probably as an act of retaliation against the boy with whom he had argued shortly before, instead hitting the girl sitting at a table nearby, apparently between the foot and the ankle.
The girl was transported to the Santa Maria Goretti hospital in Latina to undergo medical treatment, while the carabinieri of the local station are now investigating the case and are interviewing several witnesses.
