Here’s a nice idea to spend your Sunday just half an hour from Monza.
The Valmadrera flea and antiques market returns on Sunday 28 April. The event will take place as always in the Valmadrera market square in via Molini, from 7.45am to 4pm, with free entry and an active refreshment area for everyone.
The market, organized by the UGT (Tourism Management Office) of Valmadrera, is open on the fourth and fifth Sunday of every month from January to November, excluding August, and each time attracts numerous visitors from outside the province, who appreciate the varied offer and the location a stone’s throw from the mountains and the lake.
“Vintage, antiques, collectibles and much more: since 2013, over 120 exhibitors, private individuals and hobbyists, have been present at each event, ready to welcome you with real treasures! – explains Christian Vassena, president of the UGT – We are in fact a small community of over 800 exhibitors who, in rotation, participate in our markets!

The flea market is in the market square of Valmadrera (LC), in via Molini.
How to get
By car
Free PARKING on Via XXV Aprile.
From Lecco: proceed on via Como/SP 639 (former highway) towards Milan and take the Valmadrera – via Mulini exit (the first immediately after the last Tamoil petrol station).
FROM Monza-Milan: proceed on via Como/SP 639 (former highway) towards Lecco and take the Valmadrera – Bellagio exit; continue on via XXV Aprile.
By bus
line C40-D41 Como – Erba – Lecco (ASF), “Valmadrera – via Roma” stop.
