Fresi talks about the champion between Stignani and the Autodromo

There is also a theater show among the many ways the city has decided to honor its most beloved adopted son. ‘Fresi tells Senna’ is a monologue on the life of Ayrton Senna told by the actor Stefano Fresi which will be staged and filmed for a TV special (but also shown at the Stignani on Wednesday at 9pm) directly on the straight of the Autodromo. The floor has been transformed into an audience and a selected audience of young people born after 1994 will contribute to creating an atmosphere full of emotions. Exceptionally, for the first time in thirty years, Ayrton’s Williams F16 will return to the position it was in the day the last lap of the life of the greatest driver in history started. In the recording, the evocative atmosphere will be enriched by the exclusive projection on the circuit tower of images showing Senna in the minutes before the start. Telling (and listening to) Senna right from there, from the point where he left for the last time and never returned, will certainly be something very strong, in an event also supported by the Region. To transfer these emotions, an extraordinary artist: Stefano Fresi. As mentioned, on the evening of May 1st at 9pm the show will be held in the Ebe Stignani municipal theatre. On stage, the actor will be accompanied by a five-piece band and a singer. The show has free admission and must be booked online via the ayrton-senna.it website. The text of the monologue is taken from the book ‘Perdere Senna’ by the director and writer Giorgio J. Squarcia, which will be released in bookshops on 21 May by the PaperFirst publishing house, which inaugurates the new ‘Pop’ series; the book is enriched by unpublished contributions, as well as by Fresi himself, by Cesare Cremonini, Luca Cordero di Montezemolo, Linus, Daniele Massaro, Alessandro Costacurta, Leo Turrini, Adriano Panatta, Paolo Barilla, Andrea Bocelli, Rocco Benetton, Giampaolo Dallara, Massimo Zanetti, Evaristo Beccalossi, Stefano Domenicali, Silvia Colombo.
