ATB Servizi SpA has therefore announced a public selection for the hiring of personnel to be included in the professional profile of “operation operator” and to be used for driving duties of buses for passenger transport in the city of Bergamo.

REQUIREMENTS REQUIRED

To apply for the job offer, you are required to possess the following: requirements:

• Italian citizenship or citizenship of another member state of the European Union, according to the provisions of Prime Ministerial Decree no. 174 of 7.02.1994. In compliance with Legislative Decree no. 40 of 4.03.2014, third-country nationals in good standing with the “single residence permit” and entitled pursuant to art. 5 of Legislative Decree no. 286 of 07.25.1998 and subsequent amendments with adequate knowledge of the Italian language;
• non-existence of criminal convictions and ongoing criminal proceedings, of prevention measures or other measures that exclude access to public employment and of measures, issued by a public administration or by bodies or companies providing public services, of dismissal for poor performance or dismissal or forfeiture from employment for having obtained a public job with false documents or tainted by incurable disability;
• enjoyment of civil and political rights, even in the state of origin or belonging;
• possession of a D or DE bus driving license and CQC (driver qualification card) for public passenger transport; the aforementioned qualifying qualifications must comply with the directives in force in the member states and must be fully valid on the national territory, according to the regulations in force, verifiable through the MCTC bodies;
• exemption from drug addiction and possession of the psycho-physical requirements required by the regulations in force for the performance of the duties of bus driver in scheduled public service, pursuant to Ministry of Transport Decree no. 88/99 and subsequent additions and amendments;
• residual score of the driving license and driver qualification card, exceeding, for each document, more than 14 points;
• possession of a middle school diploma or high school diploma.

HOW THE SELECTION IS CARRIED OUT

The selection of candidates will take place through a selective process divided into 3 stepsas specified below:

• test for obtaining higher driving licenses: assessment of knowledge of
  signs and the rules of the Highway Code and all the technical aspects relating to driving licences
  cited;
• practical driving test: driving a bus without passengers along a set route
  moment of the test. Candidates admitted to the practical driving test must demonstrate that they have adequate skills and professional competence for driving buses;
• interview test: the test will consist of a cognitive interview and may also have as its object
  the technical aspects relating to the activity of the operation operator (technical knowledge of
  vehicles used for the local public transport service, of the relevant legislation
  road traffic, regulations on service safety).

For candidates with citizenship of one of the European Union countries and third countries, in the case of the interview, the knowledge of the Italian language is also assessed.

Candidates will also be able to present any document deemed appropriate for the purposes of scoring in the ranking, such as qualifications higher than those required, service qualifications issued by organizations or companies where activities have been carried out with the qualification of line driver or transport operator. exercise, any certificates of professional training carried out, etc.

CONTRACT AND WORKING CONDITIONS

ATB Bergamo, following the results obtained by each candidate during the selection process, will draw up a ranking, valid for 36 months, for placements with a fixed-term contract. indefinite period CCNL Autoferrotranvieri.
