They probably arrive with equipped vans, support vehicles to transport the wheels and even sophisticated equipment to avoid triggering alarms and other devices with which high-end cars are equipped.

All law enforcement agencies I am at work to stem the phenomenon and ask for the collaboration of citizens by reporting any suspicious movement or providing useful information for investigations.
