Luigi Massa, candidate for mayor of Offida, presented his team last Friday from the stage of the Serpente Aureo theatre. His candidacy in the local elections represents the continuation of his commitment to the city. “We are here. This is a thread that unites us and will keep us together.” These are the words with which the candidate from the Offida Solidarietà e Democracy list urged his team, in front of a packed theatre. “After 5 years the legislative process comes to an end, with difficult situations that have put us to the test, but which we have overcome together. Now we are planning the Offida of the future, with pragmatism, seriousness, responsibility and humility. Offida Solidarity and Democracy will continue to make Offida great”. Massa presented the protagonists of the next electoral round, the people who have decided to get involved and who want to try to build the Offida that will be. “The support of all of you makes Offida stronger – continues Massa, addressing the public –, our city does not need low horizons, but a high panorama. These people I have chosen think like this, like all of us”.
The team with which Mayor Massa seeks reconfirmation as head of the municipality of Offida is made up of confirmations, but also of new entries. Among the well-known names are the lawyer Isabella Bosano and Davide Butteri, councilors of the current legislature. Among the new entries are people well integrated into the social fabric of the community: Simone Perozzi, 37 year old building contractor, married with one child, Claudia Falcioni, 59 year old employee, married with children. Roberto Barbizzi, 42 years old hotelier and working as secretary in the Offida United sports club. Isabella Bosano, 50 years old, lawyer, married with 1 child, also Stefano D’Angelo, 43 years old, postman, winemaker, farmer, married father of two children and representative of the Communist Refoundation Club of Offida. Valerio Pacchiarotti 34 years old. Simona Fioravanti, 41 years old, post office employee and representative of Coerenza for Offida. Davide Butteri, 40 years old freelancer, married with two children. Marica Cataldi, 42 years old, a partner and two children. Mauro Talamonti, 40 years old quality control manager, married with 1 child and finally Silvia Caronna, 31 years old pediatric nurse. She was born and raised in Turin. From the age of 8 she frequented Offida, for holidays, until she decided to move there permanently.
