One progress above all surprised him

Vinales admitted: “I found an excellent feeling right from the first lap, it’s incredible to be able to ride like this in Jerez. I can take the bike to the limit and I have a lot of fun. It’s important to exploit the potential of the bike and today we did it to the fullest”.

But where he has noticed a big change is long distance: “The race pace surprised me because we improved by almost a second compared to last year. The bike is spectacular, there are obviously small things to improve, but nevertheless I am very satisfied”.

The start is very positive, now it’s a matter of looking at the little things to consolidate competitiveness and then work that magic in the race, which he managed a couple of weeks ago in Texas.
