At the Palamilone in Crotone the Under 19 Representative of the Marche achieved a heavy success against the strong team from Campania. Balanced and hard-fought match which ended 0-0 in the first half. Halfway through the second half, Marchionni’s goal tipped the scales in favor of Mr. Neri’s boys. Second consecutive success in this Regions Tournament which places our team at the top of the group.
The comment at the end of the race Mister Massimiliano Neri: “Very good match but complicated and tough, both teams could have taken the lead. Maybe we created a few more chances, but not dictated by the game because Campania played more than us. The boys were good at knowing how to suffer and being proactive whenever they could. In the second half we managed to take the lead, the game broke the deadlock but we had to suffer until the end, but only seriously risked it on one occasion.
