A new partner to strengthen Nissa on the economic and sponsor front, but also the reconfirmation of Nicolò Terranova and his staff. There was this at the press conference called by the company to announce it. The press conference was mediated by Alessandro Silverio of the company’s Press Office.
The new member is Filippo Candio, he comes from Sardinia, he is an entrepreneur from Cagliari with a passion for sports poker, a passion he shares with the president Luca Giovannone. Candio, who has a software company, will have 5% of Nissa’s shares, but will also be its sponsor.
Candio himself, interviewed during the press conference, said he was honored to be part of the Nissa project and noted how, despite his heart being red and blue as a Cagliari fan, he will support Giovannone’s ambitious Nissa project.
“Sporting Caltanissetta is a city that deserves more than today; he has what it takes to aspire to something superior; it is certainly a company that holds and pushes its colors; if the president calls I cannot not answer; I am happy about my collaboration with Nissa which has its Cristiano Ronaldo in Luca Giovannone.”
Then the president Giovannone, who expressed words of praise and esteem towards the new Nissa member, announced the reconfirmation of the coach Nicolò Terranova also for the next season in Serie D. An announcement that is part of a continuity perspective with a season like the one that is coming to an end which has given Nissa so much joy and satisfaction.
Also present at the press conference were sporting director Ernesto Russello, already reconfirmed, and athletic trainer Salvatore Munda for a Nissa team which, after having won the Eccellenza championship in a big way, is laying the foundations for the next season in Serie D.
