And the city risks remaining another year (but more likely forever) without football.
And so, the proposal from councilor Emanuele Aronne who imagined a Rocchi motel version, open only on Sundays and rented once to one team and once to another (assuming that there really are all these requests…) was sent back to the sender. , if now we really don’t want to decree the sporting death of Favl Viterbo, the football club that today represents the city, the only hope to get out of the impasse is an alternative solution. With a minimum of availability and open-mindedness on the part of all the actors in this affair which has tormented the souls of the Gialloblù fans for months.

Temporary custody is needed
Now that the Municipality has obtained the loan for use of the city sports facility from the Lazio Region, it cannot continue to get stuck but must find a way out. However, every possible solution – obviously within the terms of the law, but also with a minimum of flexibility in the application of the rules – is in the hands, as mentioned, of the bureaucracy, because the favorable opinion of the Palazzo dei Priori offices on a possible temporary assignment of Rocchi, waiting for all the tender procedures for multi-year management to be completed.
An assignment that could be motivated by the need to properly care for and maintain the stadium, where the Fratelli Paiolo company appointed by the Municipality cut the grass in recent days (the pitch, however, remains in a critical situation), but where furnishings and services are still missing . And where the lawn is heavily infested, not to mention the condition of the other spaces, starting from the main entrance and ending under the curves.
