Mayor Clemente Mastella and the administrator of Antum Immobiliare spa Flavian Basile signed, this morning at Palazzo Mosti, the Program Agreement for the construction of the golf course with an adjoining sports-tourism complex of public and social interest.
The signing took place following the declaration of coherence with the Ptcp (Provincial Territorial Coordination Plan).
The Agreement provides for the construction of the plant within 48 months of the publication of the document in the Official Bulletin of the Campania Region. Pursuant to article 34 paragraph 5 of the Tuel, the Agreement, as a variant of the urban planning instrument, will be ratified, under penalty of forfeiture, in the City Council.
“With the signing of the Program Agreement and the subsequent vote, within a month, the project to have one of the largest golf courses in the South in the city of Benevento comes to life in the City Council. With 18 holes, it will be a facility of international importance. We are sure that the golf course will have a significant sporting and tourist impact, to the benefit of the city and its economy”, write the mayor Clemente Mastella and the urban planning councilor Molly Chiusolo in a note.
