Billis opens his first restaurant in Milan

A project, started in Arezzo, is becoming an entrepreneurial case that will probably be talked about in the coming years.

It opens on Saturday 27 April, in Milanin Via Gaspare Spontini 4, from 12.00, the first Lombard sales point of the project Billisa culinary format that aims to enhance the culinary craftsmanship of Tuscany, revisited in an attractive format for all people who love street food.

Billis was born in 2017. Starting from a country farmhouse and evolving on the basis of the experience gained around Italy aboard Billis trucks, at big events and near the stages of big concerts, it has definitely taken off.

The entrepreneurs who created all this are three very young restaurateurs, Salvatore Billi, Domenico Billi and Marco Terracciano, whose ability was to have invented a new and original way of offering local raw materials, with a completely current spirit aimed at young people.

After a recent image rebranding, which led them to characterize their corporate vision in an urban style (created by the Semanto agency), they launched themselves into many new projects which saw them as protagonists at every major event in 2023 ( Monza Grand Prix, ATP Finals in Turin, 4 Nations rugby in Rome, Lucca Comics, etc.) as well as in squares such as Lecco, where they are present in a stable location within the Lecco Hostel.

The next opening in Milan and the desire to open in other cities on national soil will constitute the starting point for bringing the determination and quality of products made with materials made in Italy everywhere.

Continuous research and experimentation has led them to become a culinary project of national scope.

Today the world of Billis is a place where tradition and research constantly merge.

The careful choice of Tuscan “fat” fits perfectly with his Artisanal buns made with the traditional family recipe, a true gourmet experience.

The meats used are chosen by them breeding in Maremma, and ground with a special technique. The artisanal sauces enhance the flavors combined with the meats.

Their claim, which has now become a recurring mantra on social media, always closes the stories told by one of the founders… Good Maremma!
