CASERTA– There is a lot of talk about Affittopoli in big cities, but it turns out that Caserta also has its own Affittopoli.
Following various reports, received on several occasions, at the Citizen’s Desk-Cisas from honest Caserta residents, who complained about the improper use of properties owned by the Treasury in Palazzo Reale, by the IACP and by the Municipality of Caserta.
The Cisas Secretariat has tried to monitor the balance sheet of the entities and the insolvencies of the tenants, favored in recent years by distracted administrators and officials.
There would be public properties that are still vacant or occupied illegally upon payment of sums to those who manage the illegal market of still vacant homes in the popular districts of Caserta.
At Parco Primavera, in luxury properties, built by Inpdap, there are still former earthquake victims, their heirs and relatives, who since the 1980 earthquake have still been illegally occupying the premises without paying anything.
44 years have passed since the seismic event, but it seems that not even Rent, Tarsu, Water, etc. have been paid for the aforementioned apartments… Some would improperly pay completely negligible sums even though they receive significant salaries.
The Secretariat of Cisas believes that control by the bodies involved is necessary to finally bring order to the sector.
