APRILIA – The Carabinieri of the Territorial Department of Aprilia have decided to maintain strict and understandable confidentiality to shed full light on‘disturbing episode that occurred in Via Pantanelle, a country road on the outskirts of the city. A small car owned by a woman with no criminal record was shot six times for what appears to be – as the military hypothesizes from commander Paolo Guida – intimidation against some family member of the same womanthe same one that, immediately after the gunshots, was heard for a long time by the investigators.
If the Carabinieri have started in-depth investigations to trace the weapon who shot, the episode in via Pantanelle is the third similar episode to have occurred in Aprilia in the last three months. The first had created a real social alarm because they are consumed right in the center. Just under a month ago there were some gunshots exploded against a parked car in via Aldo Moro while in January at least three bullets had caught an SUV parked in Via Lombarda. An attack had been feared a few days earlier when they had been there some shots exploded in the air also in the urban center of Aprilia.
