CATANIA – Penultimate appointment with the Training School for the common good, organized by Futurlab and Compagnia delle opere Sicilia. Very current topic: the value of political representation in the institutions and the role of Parliament in Italy.

Very high profile speakers took turns at the table: from the national parliamentarian and regional secretary of the Democratic Party, Anthony Barbagallo to Ida Nicotrafull professor of Constitutional Law at the University of Catania, from Gianpiero D’Aliaadvisor to the Court of Auditors and former Minister for Public Administration, a Fabrizio Tiganofull professor of Administrative Law at the University of Messina, to Angelino Alfanopresident of the De Gasperi Foundation, former Minister of the Interior, Justice and Foreign Affairs.

The topic covered

The topic was introduced by Antonino Rapisardaformer teacher of Philosophy and History, while the interventions were moderated by journalist Daniele Lo Portoafter greetings from Marco Russodelegated by the president of Futurlab, Antonio La Ferrara, and Salvatore Mottapresident of Cdo Sicilia.

Representatives of three university student associations participated in the debate: Agostino Aragonese (Nike), Carmine Cantone (I love Unict) and Francesco Bucisca (Credidaci) and Giovanni Giglione.
