ARPA Lombardia competitions for technical collaborators

The Regional Agency for Environmental Protection (ARPA) Lombardy he called two competitions for technical collaborators.

The public selections involve the hiring of 10 resources a indefinite period to be included in the structures of the Sectors and Departments of ARPA Lombardia.

Applications must be submitted by May 16, 2024.

ARPA LOMBARDY COMPETITIONS FOR 10 TECHNICIANS

The ARPA of Lombardy has therefore announced two competitions for technical collaborators, to be hired on permanent contracts. Specifically, the jobs to be filled will be the following:

• n. 3 positions of Technical Collaborator professional, Area of ​​health professionals and officials, to be assigned to the Department of Lecco and Sondrio of ARPA Lombardy;
• n. 7 positions of professional Technical CollaboratorArea of ​​health professionals and officials, to be assigned to the Department of Como and Varese by ARPA Lombardia.

SCOPE OF ACTIVITY

The Professional Technical Collaborator carries out mainly technical activities which involve an autonomous preparation of preliminary and preparatory documents for the measures falling within the competence of the operational unit in which it is inserted; collaborates with the holders of function positions and with managers in study and planning activities.

In the ARPA it carries out, within its competences, inspection activities and interventions within the scope of environmental control functions attributed to the National System for Environmental Protection by Law 28 June 2016, n. 132.

REQUIREMENTS REQUIRED

Persons in possession of the general requirements for access to public competitions can participate in the competitions for technical collaborators of ARPA Lombardia, namely:

• citizenship Italian or from one of the countries of the European Union or from other categories indicated in the announcement;
• age not less than 18 years old and not more than the age limit for retirement;
• full enjoyment of civil and political rights;
• not be excluded from the active political electorate;
• physical suitability for employment;
• regular position towards the obligation to serve;
• have not had any criminal convictions with a final judgment which constitutes an impediment to employment in a public administration;
• not have been dismissed or dispensed from employment in a public administration due to persistent insufficient performance, nor dismissed for the same reasons or for disciplinary reasons, or declared dismissed for having achieved the hiring or appointment through the production of false documents or documents tainted by irremediable nullity;
• do not fall into any of the conditions provided for by current laws as impediments to the establishment of a public sector employment relationship.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION AND SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

Candidates are also required to possess one of the following qualifications:

• First level degree DM 270/2004 in one of the following classes:
  – L-07 Civil and environmental engineering;
  – L-09 Industrial Engineering;
  – L-32 Science and technology for the environment and nature;
  – L-34 Geological sciences.
• Master’s Degree DM 270/04 in one of the following classes:
  – LM-22 Chemical Engineering;
  – LM-26 Safety Engineering;
  – LM-35 Environmental and Territorial Engineering;
  – LM-60 Natural Sciences;
  – LM-74 Geological sciences and technologies;
  – LM-75 Sciences and technologies for the environment and territory;
  – LM-79 Geophysical Sciences.
• Specialist Degree DM 509/99 in one of the following classes:
  – 27/S Chemical engineering;
  – 38/S Environmental and territorial engineering;
  – 68/S Natural sciences;
  – 82/S Sciences and technologies for the environment and the territory;
  – 85/S Geophysical sciences;
  – 86/S Geological sciences.
• Old Order Degree Diploma belonging to one of the following categories:
  – Chemical engineering;
  – Engineering for the environment and the territory;
  – Environmental sciences;
  – Geology;
  – Natural Science.

Finally, possession of the category B driving license or higher currently valid.

HOW THE SELECTION IS CARRIED OUT

In the event that the applications exceed 100, the Administration reserves the right to precede the admission of the candidates by a preselection consisting of a multiple choice questionnaire on the subjects covered by the competition. There are no plans to publish a database of questions.

The selection involves the carrying out a written test and an oral test.

The tests will focus on following subjects:

• regional regulatory framework establishing ARPA Lombardia and national regulatory framework establishing the National System for Environmental Protection (SNPA);
• environmental regulations, Legislative Decree. n. 152/2006 and subsequent amendments;
• techniques, procedures and methods of environmental monitoring and control;
• elements of criminal law limited to environmental crimes and crimes against public administration;
• elements of safety at work;
• EU Regulation 2016/679.

During the oral test, knowledge of the use of the most widespread IT equipment and applications and knowledge of the English language will also be assessed.

This public selection complies with the new rules set out in the public competition regulations.

HARP LOMBARDY

ARPA Lombardia – Regional Agency for the Protection of the Environment of Lombardy – is a public law body with administrative, organizational and accounting autonomy.

It deals with the prevention and protection of the environment, supporting regional and local institutions in various activities such as, for example, the fight against air and noise pollution and investigations into soil contamination and remediation processes.

HOW TO SUBMIT THE APPLICATION

The application for participation in the competitions announced by ARPA Lombardia for technical collaborators must be submitted by 12.00 on May 16, 2024, exclusively electronicallythrough the inPA Portal by connecting to the link on these pages:

To access the platform you must authenticate using SPID, CIE, CNS or eIDAS credentials.

To participate in the competition, a secretarial fee of an amount equal to €10.00.
