BRESCIA – A Study by the Research Center on Community Development and Organizational Coexistence of the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Brescia, Commissioned by Vega Training And Mega Italia Mediafocuses on more effective and pioneering training to protect workers’ health.
Not just notions and requirements. Training also passes through personal motivations, relationships between colleagues, knowledge, learning style and the role and history of each worker.
The results of the study by the Cattolica di Brescia will be presented in a videoconference seminar on May 15th. The meeting is organized by Vega Formazione and Mega Italia Media.
one of the most urgent contemporary emergencies to be resolved in our country. Because every year in Italy there are more than 1000 victims at work. People die every day and several times a day. And worker training is certainly the preventive tool par excellence to prevent these daily tragedies.
It is equally clear that the training path must be effective. From videoconferencing to the classroom, to e-learning.
But it’s not always like this. Because it is not just a matter of transposing mere notions and aiming for legislative obligations. There is also consideration of the individual as well as personal motivations, relationships between colleagues, knowledge of the learning style and the role and history of each worker.
For this reason, Vega Formazione and Mega Italia Media, the two national leaders in this sector, commissioned a study from CERISVICO – Research Center on Community Development and Organizational Coexistence, Department of Psychology of the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Brescia, which will be presented on May 15th in a free video conference seminar entitled “What is the best training for investing safely? Video conference, classroom or e-learning?”
“The future of training aims to understand the importance of projects based on the evaluation of individual factors. On previous training. And again on the need to pay attention to the recipients, to their organizational culture – explains Mauro RossatoPresident of Vega Formazione – It follows, therefore, that the choice of the trainer must also be consistent with the specifics of the context in which the worker moves in his daily life and in consideration of his needs. In fact, it is not enough to propose contents that are as clear or captivating as possible, but it is also necessary that they are sufficiently specific so that users of the training can identify with them and anchor them to their own professional experience”.
The speakers of the seminar will therefore discuss this line. The meeting will be opened by Titian Mended, professional journalist expert in security matters. The speakers, and responsible for the study commissioned by Vega Formazione and Mega Italia Media, will be the Professor Laura Galuppo and the Professor Diletta Gazzaroli of the Faculty of Psychology of the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart.
They will participate in the round table Fabio Pontrandolfi (Head of health and safety in the workplace, Confindustria Labor, Welfare and Human Capital Area), Marco Masi (Interregional Technical Committee for Procurement and Safety), Renata Borgato (Consultant, trainer, disseminator).
While for testimonies and challenges in practice, the following will intervene: Federico Maritan (Vega Training Technical Director) e Pietro de’ Castiglioni (Production Area Manager for Mega Italia Media Courses).
Participation in the webinar provides for the release of 2 refresher credits for ASPP, RSPP and Safety Trainers pursuant to DI 03/06/13.
