A new way of proposing local food and wine. A ‘contemporary shop’ that blends technology and tradition: it is the Bottega botlè which opened in via Marsala.

The wines are served with automatic dispensers that advise and remind you, a sommelier in the room helps guide the exploration of the vast horizons of oenology, but there is also a host to taste the excellences of the Emilia-Romagna food valley and the sfogline that, in the internal laboratory, they roll fresh pasta by hand, sharing the techniques of a centuries-old tradition with those present.

“The Botlé project was one of the first special projects approved by the Municipality, and we are happy to have managed to inaugurate it – declares Luisa Guidone, Councilor for Neighborhood Economy and Commerce of the Municipality –. I believe that it is a new experience for the consumer, and this is precisely the purpose of the special projects: to be able to give citizens and customers a unique experience, which manages to inform about foods and wines, which can be tasted and not just sold. We also thank Gaetano Lanza of Bottega botlé for having made itself available to participate in the redevelopment of the stretch of via Marsala on which the business is located – underlines the councilor – Botlé adds a daytime activity to the area, which enhances the experience of purchasing and tasting, providing also to a service to the citizens of this part of the city”.

Not only a new and original business opening in the historic center, but also an important way of redeveloping an equally fundamental area.
