Pinched to attempt to steal cosmetics from a shop in the center of Monzaupon the arrival of the local police they returned them to the shop assistants. A gesture that did not, however, prevent her from being arrested. The woman, in fact, once subjected to photodactyloscopic findings is was found to be “wanted” as the recipient of a precautionary custody order issued by the Court of Monza.
Born in 1994, Ukrainian national, homeless, in fact, she was hit by an arrest order from the Monza Prosecutor’s Office for attempted robbery and resisting a public officialfacts committed in the city in 2022, and consequently sentenced to 10 months in prison.
Monza, a woman arrested after an attempted theft in a shop in the center
It happened on Wednesday 24 April in the evening when the store employees contacted the Local Police Operations Center to report an attempted theft. Upon the arrival of the patrol the alleged author would have returned it to the shop assistants “the numerous stolen objects” which he had put in his bag.
Without documents, the woman, of foreign origins, was accompanied to the command in via Marsala to be subjected to photodactyloscopic findings and it was discovered that she was wanted and was therefore taken to the Monza prison.
