The Italy Junior qualifying match for the 2024 European Championships has just ended at the Rimini Fair, which delivered the silver medal into the hands of a wonderful Italy.
Italy, made up of Tommaso Brugnami, Manuel Betterera, Pietro Mazzola, Diego Vazzola and Simone Speranza, competed in the second and penultimate divisions and had to wait until recently for the conclusion of the Division 3 race to find out the outcome of his splendid performance. A unique emotion to see such a united team that, as one, managed to gain a place on the podium at home.

The first of the Italians to break the ice on the match pitch is Diego Vazzola,which closes an exercise with a good rhythm with only a few small flaws, the score of which is excellent: 13,100. Manuel Beretta he gets on the apparatus to do well and this is demonstrated by the 8.6 execution of his score of 13,200. Acclaimed by the Italian public present at the race, Tommaso Brugnami concludes the third exercise of the rotation and ensures Italy a 13.033. The English team, which rotated in the same apparatus order as Italy in the last division, arrives in the last rotation on floor exercise just a whisker away (0.263 tenths) from the Italian score. Everything was decided on floor exercise, where Great Britain earned team gold just 28 cents behind the Azzurri.
Both Brugnami (80.565) and Beretta (78.899) closed their All-Around race in an excellent way and qualified brilliantly for the final on Sunday 28 April.
