Era wanted by the police but had not lost the “charm” of the cosmetics. Last night, a shop renowned for selling make-up and perfumes, located in Via Italia, was the scene of a attempted theft promptly reported by the store employees to the Operations Center of the Local Police of Monza.
Within minutes a police car arrived on site. The alleged perpetrator was spotted as she attempted to leave the store with numerous cosmetic items hidden in her bag. Faced with the immediate intervention of the officers, the woman gave in and returned the items stolen from the shop assistants.
The woman, of foreign nationality and without identification documents, was then accompanied to the headquarters in via Marsala to be subjected to photodactyloscopic tests in order to identify her. Thanks to a careful verification of the information, the officers discovered that the woman was subject to a precautionary detention order issued by the Prosecutor’s Office of the Court of Monza. Consequently, since it was wantedwas immediately arrested and transferred to Monza prison.
