Future supply chain And Cariverona Foundation have organized, in collaboration with the Incubator of the Polytechnic of Turin I3P and with the participation of Verona Agrifood Innovation Huba free meeting for involve the operators of the wine supply chain in the provinces of Verona, Vicenza, Belluno and Mantua and listen live to the needs of a sector that is facing challenges of change that are decisive for its future.

The event will take place Wednesday 8 May 2024 from 4.30pm, in attendance at the Ristori Theater in Verona. The meeting will offer a unique opportunity for bring together the current needs of agricultural companiesmuch in vineyards as in cellars It is in the marketing of the final product.

The objective of the initiative is in fact to identify the needs present in the wine world, directly questioning its main players, producers, wineries and professionals in the sector. Which production critical issues would it be most useful to find one for new solution? What types of activities could be rethought in a technological key? In which phases of the production cycle would they be most helpful digital tools? The I3P team of specialists will collect and process the needs identified and then respond through the methodology ofopen innovation.

The initiative is part of the first phase of Earth & Tech, the innovation program for the viticulture of tomorrow. After listening to the winemakers of different Italian regionsto map at a national level what the priorities are for change in the wine sector, the best technological solutions to meet needs collected in the territories, through a call for startups designed specifically, which will be presented to all interested companies. Following this, a phase is planned free accompaniment in the creation of one field experimentationto encourage a concrete meeting between wine production and new technologies.
