Of ANTONIO LORENA – Work began on Wednesday 23 April 2024 for the demolition and reconstruction of the school complex of the Nicotera-Costabile Comprehensive Institute, it is necessary to recognize the key role of the institutional synergies that have made this important step forward possible.
As a municipal councilor of FdI Lamezia and fervent supporter of this project, I am proud to have actively contributed to the definition and success of the intervention, a commitment that testifies to the effectiveness of a careful and proactive policy.
The collaboration with the municipal administration and the technical offices made it possible to obtain a loan of 2,568,000 euros from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (Pnrr), marking a significant milestone for our community.
This project is not just a personal or political victory, but an example of how teamwork and cooperation between different levels of government can positively transform citizens’ lives.
I therefore wish to express my sincere appreciation for the support and dedication of all involved, including the Mascaro administration, which has demonstrated the ability to navigate and effectively utilize available funding channels.
Furthermore, the start of the work marks the moment in which it is important to certify the role of politics in achieving these objectives.
Our commitment didn’t stop here. In fact, there will be other financing planned and included by our council group within the Pnrr and which will see the light in the coming months with the start of the works.
Finally, it is necessary to underline the commitment and constant and synergistic collaboration with the municipal offices, in particular the manager Francesco Esposito, with whom we immediately collaborated to implement many interventions for the benefit of the community. (to the)
