CORIGLIANO ROSSANO (CS) – The triumphal ride of Calabrian gymnastics branded CSAIn continues unabated and continues to grind out successes and affirmations. Competitions and tests that fill structures and arenas from the Pollino to the Strait. After the 2nd regional rhythmic gymnastics test held last weekend in Siderno, the latter on Saturday and Sunday almost 450 gymnasts met at the Pala events in Corigliano Rossano: a sports hall completely self-sufficient from an energy point of view equipped with solar panels and a latest generation geothermal system. A structure that should be the flagship of Calabrian sports facilities managed with competence and foresight by a young local entrepreneur.
The regional artistic gymnastics championship organized by the CSAIn Calabria confirmed a positive and constant growth trend which concerns all the activities managed by the sports promotion body but in particular some sectors of which gymnastics is certainly one of the leaders. Various regions are competing. Ten participating companies: Kodokan 1973, Kodokan Cosenza, New body center, New talent, Magna Graecia, Ars Gymnica, Exclusive fitness center, Sport time, Giu.Ne.Gia and Polisportiva Materana.
An impeccable organization from every point of view, so much so that even an authoritative representative of the political summit of the Region such as the regional councilor Giuseppe Graziano intended to publicly recognize “the excellent work carried out by the CSAIn Calabria and the important value of initiatives like this which they go far beyond sporting activity and can make a difference for the whole area.”
Of the same opinion regional president of CSAIn, Amedeo Di Tillo. “Managing an organization – he said – means practicing good politics: enhancing the territory, promoting a positive, solid and pragmatic image helps to emancipate Calabria from ancient legacies and amoral prejudices. The path is clear – concluded the CSAIn manager – and Calabria will be the protagonist again in just over a month with the national rhythmic and artistic gymnastics phases in Rende and Corigliano Rossano from May 30th to June 2nd”.
