Confindustria Caserta, strategic agreement with ITES Leonardo Da Vinci

Last week Confindustria Caserta and the ITES “Leonardo da Vinci” of Santa Maria Capua Vetere have signed a memorandum of understanding aimed at promoting themeeting between local labor supply and demandcreating a bridge between the world of business and that of school.

The main objective of this agreement is to provide students with the skills necessary to face the challenges of the current job market and prepare them for employment opportunities in the Caserta area.

In a context in which work processes are evolving rapidly, this collaboration between Confindustria Caserta and the ITES “Leonardo da Vinci” represents an important opportunity to enhance the Province of Caserta from a cultural, economic and social point of view.

The protocol provides for the creation of an integrated training system that promotes the development of transversal economic-business skills, also through visits and internships at historic companies that have contributed to characterizing the Caserta area and spreading the “Made in Italy” all over the world.

The signing of this protocol not only represents an effective tool for active employment policy, but also a strong signal of Confindustria Caserta’s commitment to promoting quality training and sustainable growth within the local community.

The main objective of this initiative is to strengthen collaboration between educational institutions and the Association of Industrialists, aiming to develop a local training system that is cutting-edge and responds to the current needs of Caserta’s productive fabric.

In addition, the agreement provides for the implementation of two specific projects: the students of the Tourism course will participate in events, conferences and other cultural initiatives; while the students of the course Administration, finance and marketingwith specializations in International Relations for Marketing (RIM) and Corporate Information Systems (SIA), will work on a project to promote the territory using specific graphic processing.

“The renewal of this protocol offers our students the opportunity to increase their awareness and knowledge of the world of work, in order to facilitate their training and work choices“, claims the President of Confindustria Caserta, Beniamino Schiavone.

This is an ambitious project in which companies and schools contribute to the development of our territory, enhancing talent and merit, and thus combating brain drain”.

By coming together, a strong bridge has been formed between the academic and professional realms, ensuring that emerging talents are adequately prepared for the upcoming challenges and opportunities of tomorrow. This memorandum of understanding remains in force until 12/31/2025.
