Followed by Briaglia (Cuneo, in Piedmont), Cusago (Milan) and Torre d’Isola (Pavia), respectively with 43,475, 39,814 and 36,841 euros of average income. Most of the municipalities found in the top 30 of the Italian income ranking he comes from Lombardy (17). The second region, in terms of cities present, is Piedmont, which has six. Three from Liguria, including the first place. Tuscany has two (the second placed municipality is joined by Forte dei Marmi in 14th place with an average income of 34,945 euros). Finally, Emilia-Romagna and Valle d’Aosta with one municipality each: in 20th and 21st place are Albinea and Courmayeur respectively with 33,174 and 33,073 euros of average income.

From the photograph released by the Finance Department, it emerges that the Irpef declared by Italians in 2023 guaranteed the State revenues of 174.2 billion euros, with an increase of 1.9% compared to the previous year.
