In the welcoming rooms of Tonnoconte, on Friday 26 April, starting from 6.30 pm, the FIDAPA Andria section will celebrate the “2024 Candle Ceremony”, the most significant moment of the social year as it symbolizes the embrace of all women of the world members of BPW International of which the Italian Federation of women, arts, professions, business. An intervention relating to the moment of lighting the candles will take place precisely on the occasion of the welcome to the new members of the Andria section, thus expressing the sharing of the values and objectives that inspire the Association, such as promoting principles of sisterhood, female empowerment, the social affirmation of women, as well as raising public awareness of the problems linked to gender discrimination.
The ceremony will be celebrated in the presence of Elisabetta Grande, President of FIDAPA BPW Italy distr. South-east, by Giovanna Bruno, President of FIDAPA BPW Italy section. of Andria and Rosa De Nicolo, President of FIDAPA BPW Italy section. of Corato.
