(Arv) Venice 23 April. 2024 – The Veneto Regional Council approved bill no. with 33 votes in favor and 7 against. 252, on the initiative of the Council, which provides for the change to the 2024-2026 budget forecast of the Region. In extreme summary, as was also recalled during the debate in the Chamber in retracing the preliminary investigation process of the legislative proposal based on the First Council Commission and which received the relevant opinions from the Third and Sixth Commissions, as well as the favorable expression of the Council of Local Authorities, the budget change implements a compensatory maneuver in 2024, equal to 14.15 million euros, aimed at overcoming some critical issues in the use of the resources of the National Fund for Development and Cohesion (FSC) 2021-2027 not still ratified by the Interministerial Committee for Economic Planning and Sustainable Development (Cipess), partly intended for co-financing and the start of European programming; upon ratification by Cipess of the expected appropriations, the advances made with the budget change in question will be restored.
