He sneaks into a shed and threatens the owners with an axe: a non-EU citizen arrested by the State Police in Cesena.
In the early afternoon of Sunday the police officers of the Cesena police station were called to intervene in the Ponte Pietra area because a man, of foreign origins and armed with a hatchet, was threatening an elderly couple. The crew immediately went to the location of the report where they intercepted the armed subject. At the sight of the patrol, the man dropped his weapon to the ground and ran away.
The police immediately started chasing him and once they reached him, not without difficulty, they blocked him and handcuffed him. From the subsequent reconstruction of the facts it emerged that the couple that afternoon had surprised the man inside the shed they owned, where he had probably entered to steal some tools. The subject, a 23-year-old young man originally from Zambia and with a history of crimes against property, as soon as he was discovered grabbed a hatchet, found among the various tools, and began to threaten the two owners. The Police then proceeded to arrest the foreigner flagrantly and report him for the crimes of improper robbery and resisting a public official.
