ANCONA – Temperatures plummeting after an almost summer period. The crazy weather does not deny itself and for a few days the Marche has been affected by a return of winter, with snow on the Sibillini and on the highest peaks of the Apennines. And if it’s freezing in the mountains, it’s really cold in the city. Thus the mayor of Ancona Daniele Silvetti signed the ordinance which authorizes the re-ignition of the heating systems serving the public and private buildings within the territory of the Municipality from today (Tuesday 23 April) until Sunday 28 April inclusive, for a non-daily duration higher than half of that allowed ordinarily. Because it’s true, it’s cold, but not enough to keep it on all day.
