Eighteen new Disability managers received the qualification diploma

The new managers of the job placement of people with disabilities participated in the specific training course

There are eighteen new “Disability managers” who have obtained qualification diplomas by successfully passing the second training course designed by the regional administration.

The course ended in February 2024 and once again saw numerous companies and organizations join the initiative, with the aim of being able to count, even within their own company, of an expert capable of facilitating and supporting the employment of people with disabilities or particular fragilities. The graduation ceremony for those responsible for the employment of people with disabilities was held last Friday. During the event, a round table was organized whose works were opened by the Ligurian trainer Veronica Giovale, on the theme of inclusive leadership. Giovale underlined how society today is going through a historical moment of cultural change in which the theme of inclusion is of crucial importance and where diversity represents added value, particularly for companies, both in terms of development and innovation .
