Telethon’s “solidarity” biscuit hearts are back for Mother’s Day

The “biscuit hearts” of the Telethon Foundation are back for Mother’s Day. On 4 and 5 May it will be possible to receive them with a donation at the two stands under the Ina arcades in Piazza Cavalli and at the Farnesiana shopping center in Piacenza. Many associations and commercial businesses are involved in solidarity: Avis, Azione Cattolica, Bnl, Public Assistance Croce Bianca, Città del Sole, pharmacies, newsstands, Rider Clubs and supermarkets. “The biscuit hearts, made with the best raw materials – they explain from Telethon -, are a perfect, unique and delicious gift for Mother’s Day. They are available in three exquisite flavours: Sicilian oranges and chocolate chips, cocoa and chocolate chips, shortcrust pastry. They are packaged in colorful illustrated tin boxes, which tell about the souls of the Telethon Foundation: researchers, donors, volunteers and beneficiaries”. The minimum donation for each pack is 15 euros, the set of three biscuit hearts 40 euros. Each donation serves to advance scientific research to cure rare genetic diseases, which is why the provincial coordinator of Telethon Italo Bertuzzi thanks volunteers, donors, media and researchers.
