Civitanova Marche, three people reported for brawl

CIVITANOVA MARCHE – As part of the activity of territorial control, prevention and repression of crimes, staff of PS police station of Civitanova Marche proceeded to refer three people to the Judicial Authority for the crime of brawling for events that occurred a few days ago in a well-known nightclub on the North seafront.
On this occasion, a violent altercation that broke out between one of the security personnel of the club and two patrons of the same had degenerated into a fight, following which the Volante intervened on the spot.
At the end of a careful investigation and also thanks to the help of the municipal video surveillance system, the three subjects involved were identified, who as mentioned were referred to the AG.
The premises were subsequently subjected to inspection, an activity which made it possible to ascertain the presence of numerous individuals with police prejudice inside, a circumstance for which assessments of competence in matters of public order and safety are underway.
The operation is part of the checks on places of aggregation and nightlife in Civitanova, which have always been under careful observation by the State Police.
