RAGUSA – The Carabinieri of the Radiomobile Section of the Company Ragusain recent days, during road traffic control and crime prevention services in general, a 26-year-old Tunisian woman was released into a state of freedom for unjustified carrying of objects capable of offending and a 29-year-old Tunisian man for non-compliance with the expulsion decree.
The complaints originated during the patrol service and control of the territory when the gazelle, noticing a dark sedan with three subjects on board circulating in the streets of the historic center with a wary and circumspect manner, decided to stop the vehicle and subject it to inspection.
Upon completion of the latter, the driver of the vehicle, 26-year-old Tunisian woman, was found in possession of a telescopic truncheon of a prohibited type, while one of the two passengers, a 29-year-old Tunisian, as he did not have identification documents, was accompanied to the offices in Piazza Caduti in Nassiriya to be fully identified.
From due investigations, the young man was already burdened by an expulsion order of 2022. For these reasons, the 26-year-old was reported for unjustified possession of objects capable of offending and the 29-year-old was referred for non-compliance with the expulsion decree and subsequently, his clandestine position in the area was examined national, placed in a repatriation center awaiting expulsion.
