GROSSETO – It’s not your usual place. The one that is inaugurated Sunday 21 April at 6pm with a buffet, it is a wine bar restaurant and wine shop that was born from a friendship lasting more than 20 years. To open Perlagein via Paglialunga 20/22 are in fact two historical friends from Grosseto: Fabrizio Buiarelli And Simone Guidarini.
Both come from the world of craftsmanship, but have always cultivated their passion for good wine, Fabrizio is also a Sommelier.
After leaving their previous jobs, they decided to savor the dream they had been sharing for years. «Our passion finally becomes a profession – says Fabrizio – The name Perlage comes from our common love for bubbles, but in the restaurant you will certainly not only find drinks. We have 110 references available to customers, which can be combined with the best of gastronomy. The kitchen will churn out dishes all handmade, everything will be espresso, fresh and zero-mile products”
Perlage will be a place where the palate will certainly find satisfaction, with an offer to suit all budgets. «We have numerous labels available – says Simone – from those of Morellino docg reserve to those of Vigneti delle Dolomiti, there are also excellent Franciacorta and Champagne. Everyone can choose what they prefer, perhaps pairing it with their favorite dish. Even with a few euros you can have a truly excellent glass”
The venue also offers the opportunity to enjoy the most popular drinks and cocktails, such as Spritz, Negroni or Gin and tonic made with local gin. Although the real diamonds that shine inside every glass are the wine labels that Fabrizio and Simone have expertly chosen.

Perlage’s choice of location is also not accidental. «The historic center of Grosseto is a pearl that deserves to have the right importance – say Fabrizio and Simone – we are aiming for a lot and we decided to open here above all for this reason. We have renovated the premises and are ready to give new light and beauty to this corner of the city.”
Perlage, which has already launched the his Instagram pagewill remain open regularly from Monday to Saturday, from 5pm to midnight.
After the inauguration on Sunday 21st, the restaurant will reopen on Tuesday 23rd.
