SULMONESE, FROM HOUSE ARREST ENDED UP IN TERAMO PRISON
Descriptive text here

From house arrest he ends up in a cell in the Teramo prison. This is Lorenzo Pacifico, 35 years old resident in Sulmona, who months ago had agreed to a plea deal of 3 years and ten months for the robbery of the drug courier in Bussi sul Tirino. The provision was issued by the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Pescara and Pacifico will remain in cell until, in the next few days, the ruling of the supervisory magistrate of L’Aquila, called into question by his lawyer, Uberto Di Pillo, for the granting of a alternative punishment.

Lorenzo Pacifico, Mattia Buccilli and Fabio Di Iorio

The young man from Sulmona, until now under house arrest with the possibility of going to his workplace, must still serve one year and ten months for the affair in which he was the protagonist together with Mattia Buccilli and Fabio Di Lorio, two other people from Sulmona who had been convicted in recent months to 5 years and 2 months of imprisonment. The three were traveling in an Opel Corsa when, near Popoli, they covered the car’s license plate with adhesive tape. Then in Bussi, near the school building, the exchange should have taken place with the courier from Guidonia, Angelo Nalci, who was also sentenced to one year and eight months in prison. Inside the envelope prepared by the three to pay for the drug load there were no banknotes but only waste paper. The courier, threatened with a gun, was forced to accept the exchange. At that point the men of the financial police of the Sulmona company intervened and, after a short chase, arrested the three Sulmona citizens and the Roman courier, recovering the bag with 16 kilos of hashish.
