Salerno, the Municipality risks another hole in its accounts: “Soget documents from 2020 to 2023 are null and void”

All Soget’s acts are null and void because the contract expired on 2 December 2020 and since then the company was no longer entitled to collect sums in the name and on behalf of the municipal administration which should have proceeded with the appointment of a government commissioner to collect the credits and to implement actions to avoid prescription».
