The Local Police strike, initially scheduled for Monday, the day of Milan-Inter, has been officially postponed

Was the local police strike postponed for Monday 22 April, derby day Milan-Inter and of the possible Nerazzurri Scudetto celebration. This is the decision of Claudio SgaragliaPrefect of Milan, after a conversation with the Provincial Committee for Public Order and Security.

THE COMMUNICATION – «The measure became necessary following the negative outcome of the conciliation attempt, held in the Prefecture last 18 April, between the unions proclaiming the strike and the Municipality of Milan, to avoid inconvenience to citizens on a day in which the city of Milan will be affected by the derby Milan-Inter, which takes on particular importance, being able to sanction several days in advance, in the event of Inter’s victory, the conquest of the Scudetto, with the consequent spontaneous celebrations by the fans who, as happened on previous occasions, could affect various areas of city streets»
