Veraldi asks the personnel manager for access to the documents

The municipal councilor of Action, Stefano Veraldi, makes it known that he has exercised his right of access to the documents by making two requests to the manager of the Personnel sector of Palazzo De Nobili. To Antonino Ferraiolo, Veraldi asked in particular: the assessments adopted which determined the attribution of scores to each highly qualified area; copy of the measurement and graduation procedure documents for positions of responsibility in the highly qualified area. Furthermore, the Action councilor also asked to receive the relevant documentation within seven days.

Veraldi explains that “with resolution 779 of December 2023, the municipal council gave a mandate to the manager of the Personnel and Organization sector to proceed with the graduation of the new positions of high responsibility, identified therein, in accordance with the provisions of the municipal regulation on the organization of offices and of services. The personnel manager – he adds – must take care of the provisions of the regulation itself and, taking into account the information provided by the managers, comparing them in the organization and planning documents of the government activities and the financial planning documents of the organisation, to carry out the assessments for the measurement and graduation of highly qualified positions established in the organisation. The outcome of this measurement procedure was communicated with the adoption of managerial decision 525 of February 2024. However – concludes Veraldi – at the issuing of this act, the assessments adopted by the personnel manager which determined the attribution are not evident of scores for each highly qualified area”. Hence, the request for access to the documents.
