TRENT. Personnel from the Upgsp and the Flying Squad, with the support of the Crime Prevention Department and the canine units of the local police of Trento, arrested a 33-year-old Pakistani citizen for drug dealing in flagrante delicto.

The man was seen by officers on Tuesday afternoon selling hashish to a person who had just handed over 25 euros to another Pakistani. The fruit of the sale was 3.46 grams – it was ascertained after the check – while the drug dealer threw another 23.90 grams on the ground, which were then seized.

The Pakistani man who had received the money from the sale, 25 years old and with a history of drug dealing, was also reported in conjunction with the 33-year-old who, however, was arrested. The man, with a history of injuries, had already been arrested by the Flying Squad on Friday 12 April because, after a search of the house, 50 grams of hashish and a large knife hidden in a fracture in the wall were found.

A residence ban had been placed against him in the Municipality of Trento which the 33-year-old did not respect. The operators also reported a 19-year-old Tunisian man with previous possession of objects capable of offending and aggravated injuries for drug dealing. The young man had with him 6.74 grams of cocaine divided into 12 doses.
