The State Policein collaboration with Carabinieri, Financiers And Local Police of Latina, yesterday morning conducted a clearing operation of a property located in via dei Latini Plutone in the capital city. The property had been the subject of confiscation and it was still busy.
In 2017, the property had been seized and subsequently confiscated according to anti-mafia code after a careful investigation conducted by Economic-Financial Police Unit of the Financial Police. This investigation targeted some professionals involved in acriminal association specializing in scamsINPS.
Despite the provision of clearing issued byNational Agency for the Administration and Destination of Assets Seized and Confiscated from Organized Crimethe property was still occupied by one of the suspects and his family.
The operation was possible thanks to synergy between the Latina Police HeadquartersThe Provincial Carabinieri CommandThe Provincial Command of the Financial PoliceThe Local Police Command and theNational Agency for the Administration and Destination of Assets Seized and Confiscated from Organized Crimeunder the supervision of Prefecture of Latina.
The main objective of this activity is the restoration of legality. Furthermore, it is part of a broader project entrusted to institutional bodies of assets belonging to crime, thus contributing to guaranteeing justice and the protection of public assets.
