Among the most significant interventions, that of Emilia Milone of the Milone Group stands out, who shared the company’s vision on the integration of renewable energy into the local production and tourism fabric. Gianni Battista, representative of the Al Porto restaurant in Trani, highlighted how joining the localtourism.it community has opened up new possibilities for the restaurant to promote the local food and wine culture. Moderated and organized by Antonio Pistillo who coordinated the interventions of some operators who attended such as Chefs, Producers, Hoteliers, the G-Local, therefore, offered a series of ideas and reflections, consolidating Trani as a hub of sustainable innovation and territorial collaboration.
