Angela Cinotti – On the occasion of National Made in Italy Day and of World Art Day from 12 to 15 April to Caserta the Campania edition of took place “Future Campus School”the traveling campus of the PNRR Education which has touched and will touch all the Italian regions with the aim of promote training activities on innovative teaching for school staff and to involve all school communities on the topics covered by the actions of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan.
The opening and closing events of the Campus took place respectively on Friday 12 and Monday 15 April at the Palapiccolo, the training activities aimed at school staff were hosted in the Episcopal Library and in the headquarters of the National School of Administration, while almost all the educational workshops for students of schools of all levels had as their exceptional setting the park and the spaces in front of the Royal Palace of Casertathe work due to the genius of Luigi Vanvitelli and declared a UNESCO heritage site in 1997.
The program of the intense three days in Caserta included information desks on PNRR actions for schools and ITS as well as the socialization of good practices implemented by participating schools not only from our region but from across the country. The workshops covered sports activities and of communicationL’use of multimedia techniques and of theArtificial intelligenceand in the historical-artistic, dance-musical and design sectors curated by schools from all over Italy.
Among the participating schools alsoISISS Matesethe Institute directed by prof. Nicolino Lombardi who was present with a representation of students from IPSEOA “CAPPELLO” and ITA “COPPOLA” accompanied by their respective teachers and who, above all, had the honor and burden of being Lead institute for the organization of the reception and the provision of meals to the participants in all the meetings from the inaugural event to the final one on 15 April in which the Minister of Education, Prof. Giuseppe Valditara, welcomed by the prof. Nicolino Lombardi as director of the lead Institute, the minister’s spokesperson, the director of USR Campania, Dr. Ettore Acerra, the director of the territorial area of Caserta, Dr. Monica Matano, the prefect and vice prefect of Caserta.
A complex and delicate job which involved students and teachers of the professional subjects of the Hotel Institute in a real tour de force, including profs. Emilio Antonucci and Luigi Macaro, but which was rewarded by the success and success of the initiative and by the unanimous appreciation for all the work carried out with competence and seriousness.
A representation of students from the Agricultural Technical Institute, accompanied by prof. Vincenzo Coppola, however, was involved in the laboratory activities foreseen by the program including the Ars Topiaria project concerning the art of garden design and landscape architecture in which they had the opportunity to design a garden inspired by those of the Royal Palace and of the Royal Park.
Students and teachers also had the opportunity to discuss and exchange experiences with their counterparts from agricultural institutes from the rest of Italy and part of the National Network of Agricultural Institutes (Re.N.IsA) of which the institute itself is part. “Coppola”. From the discussion, collaboration proposals were born for carrying out educational and PCTO activities online.
They were three very intense and satisfying days for ISISS Matese whose students returned home with an enriched personal baggage in terms of experiences, skills and emotions.
