Individuals will be played on 20 and 21 April, and on Monday 22nd it will be the turn of the School Chess Tournament

Marsala is the venue chosen this year for the Regional Youth Chess Championships which will see the U18, U16, U14, U12, U10 and U8 categories compete, distinguished overall and female.
The appointment is for April 20th and 21st at the Hotel President. Six matches are scheduled, with a playing time of 40 minutes each + 5 second increment. The first and second rounds will be played on Saturday, starting from 3.00 pm, to continue with the subsequent ones throughout the day on Sunday.
Among the participants, in addition to the Lilybetan team, are athletes from various parts of the island: around 150 players are expected.
At the end of the two days of play, the top three in each category and the best club will be rewarded. All players will receive a medal in memory of their participation.
The tournament is valid for ELO Fide Rapid variations.
On Monday 22nd we continue to play, again at the President hotel, for the regional phase of the Student Championships – School Chess Trophy which will see the participation of over 50 teams for a total of more than 200 students.
